Tunisia Marka By Ameni is not obliged to accept any returns of products other than a product that is defective, expired, or was not ordered/confirmed by the customer. All products returned must be consigned insurance and carriage prepaid by customer and packed in their original unopened packing.
Authorization for return request is valid for 24 hours after receiving the package. After this period the authorization for return automatically expires and returned products will be handled as unauthorized returns.
Customers may request a refund when the following conditions are met :
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 24 hours of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 24 hours have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied.
